Return and Refund Policy

Yard Mosaic is owned and operated by Dahlia Enterprises LLC at 639 NW 81st Street, Seattle, WA 98117.

You can cancel for a full refund before printing or packing starts.
You can return an unused, unmodified black or white blank within 14 days of delivery. Email support@yard-mosaic.com before mailing anything so the return can be authorized and matched to your order.
Unused standard stake hardware can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Epoxy packets must be unopened, and installation parts must be unglued, unassembled, complete, and unused.
For an eligible return, you pay return postage. The original shipping charge is not refunded unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong. There is no restocking fee.
Approved returns are sent by mail. The return instructions provide the destination and any authorization details.
Custom colors and special requests are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or wrong.
For an item that arrived damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us within seven days with the order ID and clear photos. Yard Mosaic will replace it at no cost.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. The bank or card provider controls how long the credit takes to appear.
